Ease the refractory period of sex
The Nordic motto says: The first half of sexual life is just the realization of sex, while the second half is the realization of love. It means that during the period after the sexual life of a couple ends, both parties can fully express, communicate and share their deep and sincere love.
But most wives will encounter the obstacle of their husband's "refractory period" at this time. The so-called "refractory period" refers to a short period of numbness, absent-mindedness, and even falling asleep after ejaculation. The older a man is, the longer his refractory period will be. However, the wife does not have such a refractory period. Ten minutes or even longer after sex, she is doubly eager for her husband's caress and consideration. If the husband does not do this, the wife will think that he is too selfish, or at least does not know how to care and take care of herself. This is when many knots between husband and wife are formed.
In fact, the refractory period is an inevitable physiological reaction for men. It does not mean that the husband does not love his wife, nor is it a personal physical problem. Husband and wife should be considerate of each other. Because when men feel tired after ejaculation, it is not due to muscle fatigue, but the strongest excitement in the cerebral cortex during orgasm. Afterwards, of course, they need a mental rest and often feel sleepy. After highly stressful activities, the best way to rest is to take a walk or move your body. This can also ease the refractory period of sex. After sex, the man can get up to go to the toilet, get up and pour a glass of water, make the bed, and the two of them can exchange sleeping positions. In short, doing some mild physical exercise can effectively slow down the sleepiness during the refractory period.
