Drinking beer can affect male fertility
Nowadays, men like to drink beer, and it is the main drink when gathering with friends. Many people have a beer belly after drinking it, maybe because they think it is not harmful to the body. But it will affect your fertility. According to surveys, there are many cases of infertility due to drinking beer. Don’t take it lightly.
Beer has the effect of strengthening the spleen and appetizing. Many people regard it as a daily soft drink, and it is even known as "liquid bread". Especially in summer, beer has become people’s favorite drink to accompany meals. British scientists recently issued a warning: Beer directly affects male fertility.
According to reports, Lynn Fraser, a fertility expert at King's College London, studied three chemicals that affect fertility - genistein in soybeans and other legumes, 8-prenylnaringenin in hops, and detergents , paints, herbicides and pesticides containing phenol nonyl, etc. Scientists have found that these substances can mimic the effects of estrogen and affect sperm movement, thereby reducing male fertility.
Experts explained that when sperm encounters an egg, it will release an enzyme that breaks through the outer membrane of the egg, and estrogen can stimulate the activity of sperm. If immature sperm are stimulated prematurely, they will not encounter the egg before they meet it. The enzyme is released when it reaches the egg, but when it is really needed, it cannot break through the outer membrane of the egg, so fertility will be affected.
As the saying goes: There are three types of unfilial piety, and having no heirs is the greatest. At this stage, our thinking has not evolved to the level of being a DINK family. Therefore, for your future happy life, drink less or not drink at all. !
