Be careful! Excessive exercise can cause frigidity
Sports and sex are closely related. Generally speaking, people with strong athletic ability also have good human abilities. However, a survey published in the American "Bodybuilding" magazine pointed out that excessive physical exercise will affect people's sexual desire and cause sexual frigidity.
The researchers selected 587 married people as the research subjects, ranging in age from 20 to 50 years old. These people were divided into three groups, and each group performed different amounts of physical exercise as required, while recording their sexual life status for half a year. It was found that those who engaged in a high amount of physical activity every day had significantly less frequent sex compared to those who engaged in moderate and low levels of physical activity. Researchers analyze that excessive physical activity can make people physically and mentally exhausted. When the body fat content is too low, it will affect the secretion of sex hormones, especially for women, the impact is more obvious.
Researchers also found that different sports have different effects on sexual desire. Appropriate cycling, jogging, and volleyball can improve female sexual performance. Skating, push-ups, and dumbbells are more suitable for men.
