Instructions for Use

1. After washing the ball with soap, lie down and bend your knee, apply a small amount of lubricant, and insert it slowly.

2. Use the remote control fitness ball for 5-10 minutes for the first time, choose a weight that suits you, and you can increase the exercise time after you get used to it, but it should not exceed 30 minutes each time, otherwise it will cause soreness.
