How to choose the best time to have sex
Recent research shows that 19:37 on Saturday is the most common time for people to have sex, with 44% of couples choosing to have sex on Saturday, 24% on Sunday, and 22% on Friday. Objectively speaking, 45% of couples have to arrange sex according to the convenience of work and life, rather than making choices based on sexual desire. In other words, the time when we are most likely to be sexually aroused is 16:33, but the time when we actually have the most sex is 19:37. There is a big time difference of 3 hours, which shows that we are not doing whatever we want. For example, 1/4 of people are most likely to be sexually aroused in the early morning, but only 1/10 of them actually have sex at this time because work pressure or time arrangements do not allow them to do so.
It is obviously not a good idea to arrange sex according to the schedule. It has no trace of romance at all, but most people still arrange sex on the weekends. It should be noted that regular physical intimacy is a key factor in the overall happiness of the relationship between the sexes, so our sexual happiness is often compromised.
From a year's perspective, the most people have sex in summer, 2/3 of them, while in spring it is 16%, in autumn 14%, and in winter 4%. About 60% of couples believe that alcohol is not a necessary foreplay preparation for romantic life, and only 22% believe that alcohol beforehand is important. But romantic dinner is a favorite of many people.
Of course the sex clock is different for every couple, but couples who have more sex are clearly happier.
So when does the sex clock stop? As long as you live for one day, it seems that you shouldn't stop it at will. Live until you are old, and be old.
