Frequent cleavage squeezing is detrimental to breast development
I don’t know since when, “career line” has become synonymous with cleavage. I remember that in the 1970s and 1980s, I often saw popular science articles in newspapers and magazines about "Don't over-reinforce your breasts" and "Excessive corseting is harmful to your breasts." The reason was that at that time many girls were concerned about the sudden enlargement of their breasts after reaching puberty. I was at a loss as to what to do, and people of that generation were relatively conservative and would not show their youthful and beautiful breasts to others in a subtle way. They usually "shelved them on the shelf", so they were often lectured on health.
However, modern people no longer bind their chests, and instead display or squeeze their cleavage inwards. "Cleavage is like time, as long as you squeeze it, it will appear." This is the concept in recent years. Many film and television stars not only have to vaguely show their beautiful breasts at large parties, but also squeeze out their cleavage to show their fullness. Subsequently, a large number of young and fashionable women also tried their best to follow suit.
In fact, always squeezing the breasts in order to show cleavage is not good for breast health, especially for young women.
1. Produce hypoxic reaction
Ill-fitting chest corset will affect people's breathing. During restraint, the chest cannot fully expand, and the lung tissue cannot fully stretch due to microcirculation disorders. The amount of inhaled air is reduced, thereby hindering the oxygen supply of the human body throughout the body, easily causing brain hypoxia, and the head may become numb. Therefore, some women feel suffocated after wearing tight bras for a long time.
2. It is not conducive to breast development
Chest binding will cause insufficient blood circulation in the breasts, compress the breasts, cause blood stasis in the lower part of the breasts, and cause breast swelling and pain. This has a greater impact especially on girls in the pubertal development stage, and will directly affect breast development, because the enlargement of the breasts is mainly due to the increase of adipose tissue and connective tissue, and the deposition of adipose tissue in the breasts. Blindly squeezing the cleavage not only affects the normal development of the breasts, but may also cause many diseases including breast hyperplasia and breast cancer.
3. Can cause breast hyperplasia
To make the breasts appear "full" and expose the "cleavage", all the fat under the arms must be stuffed into the bra. This is equivalent to squeezing the accessory breast for a long time, which results in reducing or preventing the return of lymph fluid in the breast, causing local qi and blood to be blocked, and mammary gland hyperplasia disease can also occur.
4. Impact on future breastfeeding
Deliberately squeezing and raising the breasts also has an impact on breast function. Squeezing the cleavage causes long-term pressure on the fiber bundles and mammary ducts in the breast, which will affect the secretion and discharge of postpartum milk and directly affect future breastfeeding. Compression of the ducts and glands of the breast causes poor absorption, which may lead to breast nodules or mastitis.
