Four tips for caring for women’s private parts

A woman’s private parts are sensitive and delicate and require special care to effectively prevent pathogenic bacteria and disease risks. Recently, the French "Women" website has provided women with detailed and effective suggestions to make every woman healthier and more sexually happy.

1. Choose the right underwear. Good underwear provides a clean and loose space. It is recommended to choose 100% pure cotton material. Don't choose underwear made of composite materials. Although they are easy to wash, they lack breathability. It is not recommended to wear thongs frequently, otherwise it will bring more friction to the private parts and lead to the growth of bacteria. Change and wash underwear every day. The minimum water temperature for washing underwear should be 40℃.

2. Keep the vagina dry. A moist environment is a natural breeding ground for bacteria. Do not wear wet swimsuits or underwear for too long; dry your vulva as soon as possible after bathing; after each sexual intercourse, it is recommended to wash the vulva and dry it with a dry towel.

3. Ensure proper cleaning. Wash your vagina every night before going to bed, but only the vulva, clitoris, labia and other parts, not including the vagina. The vagina is originally maintained in a balanced flora environment. Excessive cleaning will destroy this balance and easily promote the reproduction of bacteria and viruses. Choose a mild lotion, and do not use sterilizing or descaling products, as these are too irritating to the delicate vagina. The vagina can also be cleaned with wipes, but choose products that are mild, non-irritatingly scented and alcohol-free.

4. Douching the vagina does not prevent pregnancy. Many people mistakenly believe that cleaning the vagina after sexual intercourse can reduce the chance of pregnancy. In fact, this method not only fails to prevent pregnancy, but can easily lead to vaginal fungal infection and cause vaginitis.
